S40 Sunroof replacement S40-V40 1997

I have been having problems with my sunroof leaking on my 1997 S40. I have had a look and have noticed that the sunroof frame has rusted were the rubber seal sits. I think it is past a sealing job and was wondering if any one can advise me on the sun roof set-up under the headlining.

I have looked and I can get a roof from a V40. It looks exactly the same (tilt and retract), same controls etc. I have a couple of questions though.

Are the factory fitted roofs on the V40 and S40 the same?
How big job is it to replace the whole roof , frame etc?
Is it something a weekend DIY'er should attempt or should I just bite the bullet and put it in to the dealer?
