Oil in sparkplugs 850

I just changed my sparkplugs last night and I noticed that 2 of them have a lot of oil on them. Also, the engine lopes when it idles. I'm afraid that I have a bad head gasket, valves, or piston seals. Has anyone encountered this before? Any suggestions that does not require taking the head off.
