Brake Light Blinks S70

Sometimes my bulb out indicator blinks when I press on the brakes. It doesn't stay on when I hold on to the brakes, it just blinks quickly when beginning to brake. I changed both brake bulbs and same thing. It use to be less often before, but happening a lot more lately. Can anyone help me on this problem? Brake Light Switch? Battery going weaker?
