OBDII Readers S70 1998

I am considering buying either OBD-2 Reader for around $122, and Equus 3100 for around $120 or an Actron CP9135 for around $110, or even an Auto Enginuity for $150. Does anyone have any problems with any of these for giving good quality reading? Thanks
