Blower fan - EMERGENCY 850 1997

Sorry for the hysterics. But, its hot out.

A/C was running fine.

Hit a BIG pothole on the passenger side.

The Blower Fan cuts out.

Checked the 0-4 switch on the dash, it is activating the A/C condenser.
Checked all of the fuses for both A/C and Blower - OK.

Questions:

Ώ] Is this a common thing, with a common solution. Tried "seach" - no joy.

ΐ] How do you get to the Fan. I was going to look for loose wires. but it doesn't seem obvious. It almost looks like I would have to pull the dash.
If this is the case, please point me towards diagrams/instructions for doing so.
