Humming in the rear of my 01 xc V70-XC70 2001

I have noticed a humming like snow tires (but no snow tires, actually just replaced the tires)coming from the rear of my xc. It has gotten progressively worse and does not change with road serface. Starts getting louder at around 25-30 mph. Any suggestions
