Is P0410 the air pump or the gas cap problem V70-XC70 1998

Based on the description is sounds like the air pump problem but 410 is not listed as the codes on volvospeed (unless those are not standard OBDII codes)

Although my symptoms indicate the air pump - hestitation then light comes on.
