Shaking at 60 plus MPH S70 1999

I have a weird problem. Once I reach about 60 MPH the front end starts to shake like crazy. I had the tires balanced, brakes and rotors are, according to the mechanic, in good shape and nothing is loose. My first guess would be that therw is such a slight warp in the rotor that the shaking is not noticeable but it does stop at 75 mph. Since most of the highway speeds in my area are 60 MPH I feel like I'm going to shake to death. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I thought about replacing the rotors anyway but not sure?
