1999 V70 XC, 111K, Auto

How important is the Tire Rotation instructions in the owner's manual suppliment. I recently purchased the car and it has two brand new "Doral" tires on the fron and two Mich MXV4's with half of tread depth. The set up breaks just about every recommendation in the suppliment. What should I do here?
