95 850T Dash lights lit, no start or click 850

This morning the engine started and I drove it. After a couple of hours I went to start it and nothing happened except dash lights when I turned the key. I cleaned the battery connections and ground on the body in front of the battery and still nothing. Will not jump start.

We had lots of rain and wind yesterday with Frances.

The starter was rebuilt a year or two ago and the battery was replaced last month.

Suggestions as to what it could be or where to take it in the Tampa Bay Area? (I don't do my own repairs.)
