Couple of questions....1998 s70glt 105.000miles S70

Recently a noise is heard from under the front right wheel area. It seems to only make noise when it is hot outside. Like a clunking noise, deep plastic cluncking sounding noise. Steering is fine and it only does it when it is warm out and has been driven for a while... What could it be? Don't want to change the whole steering assembly if it is just a thingamajig that needs lubing. Also, does this car have an immobilizer?
