Bumper Removal/Repair S40-V40

Greetings I am looking for step by step instructions and/or a diagram for removing the front bumper on my 2001 V40. The car has a ½’’ gap between the top of the bumper cover and the bottom of my headlights. Maybe someone has insight on how to best address this issue as well.
