Lake George area mechanic?

This winter, my daughter will be working in the Lake George area in New York state.

Can anyone reccomend a good mechanic in that area?

I do not remember the business name, but the shop that was reccomended on this board in Ithaca New York did right by her during the two years that she lived there. It was right downtown and she told me that they looked like hippies and acted like they loved to repair bricks.
