Volvo 850 Turbo, should I buy? 850

Hey everyone, haven't been around the site much but I come to you with a question. My girlfriend and I went to check out a Volvo 850 at a local import retailer and were quite impressed. Its a 1995 Volvo 850 Turbo with 90,610 miles. Its automatic. It has the premium sound system, winter package, leather, alloys, and all the other power options. Its $5,500 and it was pretty much the best thing we saw today. We took it for a ride and the only thing we noticed was that at slow speeds it has a slight vibration but only when its creeping along (aka using the brake a lot). Is this a problem or is this what it feels like to have ABS? I drive a 1984 240 GL so obviously no ABS and whatnot but I don't get the same vibration. It wasn't a huge deal but will it cost money down the road if it is a problem? Please let me know if you feel like this a good or bad deal because we would like to get it soon if you feel like this is a good car that will last a while. Thanks a lot

-Keith
