Tracks Off & ABS lights V70-XC70

I have a 1998 V70 XC, lately the "Tracks Off" & the "ABS" lights will come on & go off after awhile. I have attempted to identify a pattern to what triggers the lights to come on (hard breaking, turning left/right, hitting bumps/potholes & hard acceleration), there seems to be no obvious reason. The owners manual only says "take it to the Volvo dealership" & we all know what that can mean. Any advice or imformation will be very much appreciated.
