Coolant Light comes on under accelleration V70-XC70 1998

Greetings--

Every now and then, under hard accelleration, my coolant level light comes on. It goes off as soon as I back off the throttle. I checked the coolant level in the recovery tank, and it is right where it should be, when the engine is hot or cold.

Any suggestions?
