Changing brake fluid 850 1997

I'm going to be changing the brake fluid on my '97 850 in a few weeks, it has 100,000 miles on it and they never been flushed.

How much fluid should I get to do this? I'll be using one of these pressure devices so I can do it as a one-man job.

Also, any recommendations for brand of brake fluid?
