Wheel Squeal Help 850

I've had a rear wheel squealing off and on all summer. I say wheel and not brake because it squeals at low speeds when the brake is not applied. I've had rear rotors and pads replaced, and was told it is not a stuck caliper. Doesn't seem to be too much brake dust (that would be annoying). I also had heard a click going over bumps and then the squeak. Should I push it on the caliper?
I'm getting a bit distressed, and taking it in tomorrow. Thank You
