transmission '95 850T difficult reverse, surges in park, drives in neutral, fwd ok 850 1995

The car surges in Park (it wants to go forward, but can't because the tranny is locked), it engages drive weakly in neutral (I can drive the car in neutral), and reverse is not there, or reverse take a lot of rpms to engage.

This problem occurred before I changed the tranny fluid. When I changed the fluid, the old fuild was very dark.

In drive, it seems to run fine and shift smoothly.

There are no arrow lights, or service lights and the econ-sport light is not a factor.
