Flasher location '95 850 wagon 850

My right front turn signal stopped working. Upon inspection, we saw that it was burned out. When we replaced it, it now works, but we also get the headlights and all 4 corners blinking as well.

All other functions are fine. The Local Suto parts place said to replace the Flasher unit (only $9.00). I have no manual and I do not know where the Flasher Unit is located.

Anyone?
