slight vibration when take-off and during idle when pedal press 850

Hi, I'm having a slight shudder vibration when step on pedal during idle before the tach reach 1k.
At first I have a slight vibration during take-off and will dissapear as speed goes higher. Even thought that I've got a bent rim but ruled out when still happens at idle when step on pedal.
I've already replaced the front side mount months ago.
Should I have an exhaust leak, will this be a culprit too? I'm experiencing a slight exhaust noise w/c tells me that I have a leak.
