More ETS fun V70-XC70 2000

Well, the fun continues. The last two times I've driven the XC it's popped an ETS lamp and gone into limp-home mode.

Biggest collection of codes was on the 19th, when I pulled the following:

Trouble Codes:
P1520 (ECM9180) Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor
P0222 (no Volvo specific code listed) Throttle / Pedal Position Sensor / Switch B Circuit Low Input

Pending Codes:
P0120 (ECM958F) Accelerator Pedal position Sensor, Faulty Signal
P0124 (ECM959F) Accelerator Pedal position Sensor, Internal Fault
P1652 (ECM982A) ECM Control Module, Internal Fault

Today (10/1) I got only P1652 in trouble and pending codes.

Anybody seen this pattern before? Back in June I had a similar event, with a P1652, P0124 and P0120, but no pending codes.

I'm hoping it's only the accelerator pedal sensor, but I'm afraid it's the ECM. I've already had the ETM replaced.

Any ideas most appreciated!
