Car ran through deep water 850 1995

I have a 1995 Volvo 850 Turbo. I recently drove through a deep puddle of water. The water was almost to the top of my rims , then stalled out I had to have help push me out. Since then I have not been able to get my car started. At first it wouldn't even try to turn over , not it just acts like it is trying and the belts are moving but it never turns over. I have tried cleaning the distributor out and emptied out my air box that had some water in it. I also charged the battery. What else could it be? Could it be the spark plugs, starter, or alternator?
