does ECC have a resistor pack or just the manual control

i'm having problems with the blower motor not working at all, but it does with an outside 12v source. from my research on the board i figure it is the resistor pack. on the foreigncarparts.com i see the resistor for the blower w/o ECC but not w/ ECC. what's the deal? i can't seem to find it anywhere. does it use some other way to change speeds, or do they just not carry it?

any info?
