I have 95 volvo 855 turbo. i have fuel gauge trouble for a few months now, and it is getting bad, so i came here to get some help.
When i start engine in the morning, fuel gauge usually works fine and gives me a reasonable reading. however, while i am driving to school in the morning, the fuel gauge slowly going down. ( i drive about 20 miles, and it will go down from 18 to 6). when the car gets warm by sun in the daytime, the fuel gauge will stay at 2 gallon mark. it used to go up slowing, however, it has not been doing for a month or so. when the fuel gauge started to work funny like this, it usually resolved the problem by moving the car. but it is not doing anymore. what can i do? thank you for your help!!
