850 Starter removal 850 1996

I looked through the archives and did not see any explicit instructions on removing starter for 850. I have 940 and 740. This is my son's 850, and looks as though it is buried under the air intake system. Does anyone know if this is major job with tight quarters? It sound like starter solenoid is not engaging and hoping to lube it.

Thanks for any help.
