It looks like the clunk I have iscoming from the tranny. We put the car on the lift and I shifted it in and out of Reverse while the mechanic found the noise. He doesn't know anything about Volvo trannys (he is a CV guy). What could it be? He said the noise and play is coming form inthe box. Is there an adjustment or a chain that could be lose? I bought some Lucas and added it but it hasn't helped the Reverse cluuuuuuunk. Help, I don't want to open my tranny!
