Installation of Legacy Double Din Aftermarket Radio 850

HI Guys

I got a good deal on a Legacy Double Din Aftermarket radio LCDCS93MP3 to replace my failing Volvo piece of crap radio. According to a website I visited this radio should fit my 850.

In addition to this radio having a CD & Cassette, it will also play MP3 cds. So I bought it hoping to install it. Unfortunately the wiring harness doesnt match up and I'm also wondering about the brackets to secure it, its just a little tight for the slot in the dash.

And guidance you guys have would be greatly appreciated.
