Vibration / Rattle out of air main forward air vents S70 2000

Hi eveyone..I have an 2000 S70 with only 47k on the odemeter. Recently I have been hearing a rattle out ofthe front main A/C vents right above the stereo. I does go away when I mess with the air flow dials...So somethings got to be loose. The dealer will say .."replicate the problem"..but it is intermitant. Any ideas as to what it is and how I can adress this...Thanks..Lance
