Good All-Season Tires For S70? S70

I'm in need of some good all season tires for my S70 (Base) living up here in New England. The Volvo dealer says I should get Gislaved (and that's what my dad has on his Volvo). I don't think they are all season though because the price they quote was $80 per tire. Then some other dude who my dad talked to wants to put "Kumma" or something like that on the car.. is that a safe bet?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
