Oil Leak S70 1998

My S70 T5a (72K miles) is leaking a little bit of oil. The car is driven back and forth to work each day (10 miles of city driving), and that is pretty much it. Over the past 4 months it looks like it has lost about .5 quart. I know it is leaking and not burning as I can see the tell tale little drops of oil on the garage floor.

should I be concerned about this? Any theories as to why it is leaking so?
