850 Front Brake Noise 850 1995

I'm new to Volvo's, and am a confirmed Mopar nut. But since this car is my mother's, I have to learn. I did a brake job on the car, new pads at all four corners, new rear rotors, and I turned the front rotors. The problems is excessive noise from the front brakes that goes away when the brakes are applied. I am using Bendix IQ pads, which I have used for years and have never had a problem with before. The car had a bad vibration when she brought it to me. I felt that the front rotors were warped, and a dial indicator proved @.030" runout at all four corners. The rears were too thin to cut, so I replaced them, but the front rotors still had a lot of life in them, so I cut them. The lathe that I used was one that I have had great success with on many cars, and I use Bendix pads exclusively. This problem had never happened to me before. I have run the car up to speed on the interstate, and I have executed a typical heat cycle pad bedding proceedure as outlined by Bendix. The car stops on a dime, and it will slam to a stop from 65 with no problems. But I cannot return the car with this grinding noise in the front end. What am I missing? The calipers seem to be floating correctly. The only thing I might have missed is that I did not use a torque wrench to tighten the lug bolts or the caliper mounting bolts as I did not have a torque spec handy. Thoughts?
