hissing sound 850

Hi Advisers,
There's this hissing sound ( besides the lifters w/c makes their own sound as well) during cold starts. Changed oil, added some marvel mystery oil. Still doin it. Cleaned throttle body, flame trap etc. new serpentine belt.
anyone come accross this annoying noise? basically started when cold weather came in?
