good maintenance shop in Santa Monica, CA (Los Angeles County) V70-XC70 2001

i have a 2001 XC at 70k mi. i had the 60k service done in May 04 at a dealer but without the transmission flush & fuel filter replaced. the total was $578.55 without the trans. flush & fuel filter. at the time i didn't have that much money to put out for a maintenance job.
i recently got a quote for the trans fuel flush & replaced at a Volvo dealer for $400! is this a reasonable price!? it seems that Volvo dealers over charge.
can someone please refer me to a good reasonably priced maintenance shop that specializes Volvo in Santa Monica, CA (Los Angeles county)?
