Lowering springs Volvo 850 850 1993

I ordered lowering springs for my car and plan to put them on sometime in the near future. Is a camber kit necessary to get the car back in alignment? What all does a camber kit really consist of? Also do you really need to replace the nuts and bolts when you reinstall the struts?
