Weird Oil Leak 850 1996

Check this one out. I took my plastic cover off to change my spark plugs and
there was oil in all the little grooves on top of the valve cover. After
cleaning the oil up and changing the spark plugs I ran the car in park until
the engine got warm, all the while trying to see where the oil was leaking from. I didn't find any leaks on the cover itself but I backed the car up and
there was a puddle of oil on the ground. This car has never leaked oil as far as I know, I've had it for 3 years and no leakage problems. Any help?
