Erectile Dysfuctional of Sun Visor V70-XC70 1998

Can't keep the darn thing up on the driver's side. Cant find socket to fit small hole to reach recessed screw. Dealer says when it shot, there's nothing I can do. Naturally, for nearly $200 he'll replace. Says so expensive because of the wires for the light. "Forget the light" I tell him, the thing is flopping all over my head! What tool do I use to get this off. Is there a simple replacement visor and how much does a reputable mechanic/dealer charge to replace this limp comtraption?
