My Brakes SUCK and are very unsafe!! 850 1996

First off I have a 1996 850. I think it might be that they need to be bled, but I would like to get a few opinions first. The car has been sitting in my backyard for the last 6 months while I was driving my M3 around for the summer months. Well I changed to the 850 for the winter today. I took it for a ride down the road and the brakes suck really really bad! I can be goin 40 STOMP on the brakes and it just keeps gliding. At first I thought it might be rusty rotors, but its not. I got all the rust off the rotors and I get still the same outcome. I need to do something really soon, this isnt very safe at all.
