ABS problem in S40 T4 1998 S40-V40 1998

I had a problem with the ABS lamp go on and off and finally stay on. The volvo dealer ran a check and said that the unit was getting to little power.
So I checked the power and it was only 6 volts.
If you have a problem with a ABS and brake lamp lit check that the ABS unit is getting the correct power (voltage). According to the dealer this is a common problem and he was 99 % sure that this was what was causing my problems, and it was.
