Radio problems 850 1994

I've got two problems with the radio. The first is that the fader switch isn't picking up the two rear speakers on the back deck. The other four spakers work fine. Anyone experienced this problem and fixed it?

The second problem is there must be a short in the on/off/volume knob. You have to fiddle with the knob to get sound out of all speakers simultaneously. Again, anyone run into this? Thanks in advance.
