Advise on used C70 Purchase? C70 1999

My fiancee is looking at a used '99 C70 convertible we found for sale locally, and the price seems too good to be true. We looked at the car last night, and I found a few things which may be big problems, but may not be, and was hoping someone might have some more expereince with the C70's than me...

(1) There's some kind of electrical system problem. The headlight switch is clearly broken. It turns freely without "clicking" into any of the light positions, and the headlights only stay on if you push on the switch or position it just right between the parking light and headlight settings. If you push any of the power window buttons to raise the windows to the max height, when they reach the top position, all the electrical systems in the car (lights, blower, etc) dim or slow down (blower) as long as you continue to press the window button. Any possible connection to the headlight switch problem here?? (p.s. the battery on the car was dead when we went to test drive it, and from my looking under the hood, it looks new.... again... is it possible the headlight switch has a short in it which is draining the battery?)

(2) With the engine warmed up and running, there's a loud "ticking" noise. Sounds like my 850's engine when it starts up cold, but on my 850, the ticking is significantly softer sounding, and goes away. This was LOUD. I'm guess this has something to do with the valves? Is this a sign of a major problem, or something simple?? For that matter, is this normal for a C70?

(3) Is there anything else the C70 convertibles are known for having go wrong that I should be looking for? I couldn't test the AC system, as it was only 24 degrees outside, but there was a tag indicating it had been leak tested.

Thanks for the help!
