New/used turn signal arm 850 1995

I was just out trying to complete my late Christmas shopping and a couple of kids cut me off such that my reaction was to blow the horn and give them the high beams. I pulled so hard on the arm that it broke right off in my hand.
Now I have no turn signals or high beams.(The cruise has been out for awhile)
Anyway does anyone have an idea where I might pick up a replacement arm at a cost less than our friendly neighborhood Volvo dealer? Any suggestions would be most appreciated!
