I have two questions for you experts:

1. Does the tailgate lock in a '96 855 operate all of the power locks in the car? Mine doesn't - but it is locked and unlocked with all power locks when they are operated from either the switch or either front door (no keyless entry).
2. How can you tell if your strut mounts are bad? I know that my spring seats are bad and I plan to change the struts and seats soon, but want to make sure that if I need to change my mounts that I have them ordered, but don't want to spend the money if it is not necessary.
