intake harmonic sound S80 1999

Just bought a 99 s80 with 96k. The air filter box mounts were broken and so I picked up a new box from a salvage yard. After installing the box I now have a harmonic sound coming from the intake manifold after warm up. The sound is most pronounced at rpms just above idle. Any ideas?
