Oxygen sensor problems S40-V40 2001

After three recall modifications, the OBD again showing oxygen sensor problems.
Dealer says 'not to worry' if the car runs fine - which it currently does.
However that does not seem a wise course of action...
Car has run some 150,000 km /94,000 miles.
Anyone else having this problem?
Any suggestions? I am not anxious to replace the sensors if:
(a) Volvo will have another fi soon {?}
(b) there is nothing wrong with the sensors but there is with the software.
