Sway bar links? S80

I have a '99 S80 and everytime I go over a bump, the passenger side front makes a crunching sound. From what I can gather from others, it may be the sway bar links. I am pretty handy, but I need something to look at to replace the sway bar links. Is there a place to see pictures of this or is this something I should not attempt myself? Can someone please explain how to do it, or where to go on-line to figure this thing out? TIA
