1999 S70 or 1995 850?? 850

I have a 1999 S70 with 101,000 miles. Thinking of trading for a 1995 850GLT wagon with 97,000 miles. Both cars in good shape with all records. What do you think? The ETC and ABS problems common with the 70's have not happened yet on my S70.
