Transmission codes 323 & 322 please help!

Hi, I'm trying to diagnose my transmission problems. I've got a '95 850 turbo. Driving along on the freeway the transmission just drops out of gear with no previous warning signs of transmission problems. All gears are neutral now. Intermitently the car will hobble along, and only for about half a block. Turning it off and letting it sit will allow it to drive the 1/2 block back home.

I've read and searched and searched and read. This site was quite usefull http://au.geocities.com/ozbrick850/ but my transmission fluid looks clean and the PNP switch isn't coroded and I'm not getting the 313 code for that.

The codes that I'm getting are:
114 Program selector open circuit or short circuit to supply
(someone said this is a "Ghost Code" and to ignore it)
323 Lock up slips or is not engaged
322 Incorrect gear ratio

Is this the way a transmission dies, or should I do the flush and change the switch even though they seem to be in good working order? Perhaps I need to remove the PNP switch to check it? Is there an easy way to check if it's good?

Thanks a ton for the help.
Sincerely, Jamie.
