When I make a "hard to Lock" turn the front wheels sound like they are skipping (bounceing?) along the pavement. I have recently installed a new power steering rack. The alignment has been checked and adjusted to with in proper specifications, the wheels balanced, and the tires have about 50% percent of their life remaining. There is a slight vibration at about 45 MPH. The tires are not wearing as far as "cupping, etc." is concerned. Should I be concerned?
