timing belt tensioner to replace or not? 850

I have a 96 850 wagon non turbo that just clocked 250,000 miles. It is due a timing belt and wanted input on if I should replace the tensioner at the same time. How about the water pump? To my knowledge, both the parts are original. I plan on keeping the car many more years. Anything else I should do while I am in to it? It consumes about a quart of oil in 3000 miles and has no leaks. It has been a great car!

Your comments are appreciated!

thanks,

Keith
